Workshop Description

In this workshop, we'll explore the art of creating captivating portraits, ranging from simple to intricate. We'll cover techniques for precise angle measurement, effective tonal manipulation, and methods for simplifying facial features.

Workshop Outline

Week 1 -

Master angle measurement and facial simplification techniques using reference photos.

Explore the history of portraiture in art, and receive homework assignments to enhance your skills.

Additionally, there will be dedicated working time.

Week 2 -

Explore tonal variation in portraits through insightful presentations and hands-on practice.

Receive personalized feedback, witness demonstrations, and tackle new challenges.

Week 3 -

Further refine your skills with additional presentations and demonstrations.

Dedicate time to painting and working, receiving individualized guidance and constructive feedback.
